one-to-one personal training sessions
A tailor-made 1 hour workout to meet your individual needs and aspirations during which you will be encouraged to discuss how the exercises feel and any concerns you have about performing them. Immediate feedback and corrections will support you to make the best progress. Over a period of time you will see marked improvements in your strength, stamina, co-ordination control of movements and posture. You will become more flexible energised and in harmony with your body.
Ideal if you:
- Need more support to develop body awareness and co-ordination
- Need rehabilitation following an injury or an illness
- Require a personally challenging workout
- Are expecting or have just had a baby
1hr ‘One-to-One’ session - £40
1hr ‘One-to-Two’ with your partner or a friend - £25 each
